Dr. Mike Borowicz, the driving force behind My-Doctor.uk, is a seasoned General Practitioner with a distinguished academic and professional background. He began his medical journey at Cambridge University, where he obtained a Master's degree in Neuroscience in 2003, followed by a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MB BChir) in 2005. His postgraduate training at prestigious institutions such as Addenbrooke’s Hospital Cambridge and Peterborough District Hospital provided him with a rich and varied experience in multiple medical specialties.
Over his 18-year career, Dr. Borowicz has honed his skills in areas including Accident & Emergency, Paediatrics, Medicine for the Elderly, Respiratory Medicine, Neurological Critical Care, Ophthalmology, Upper GI Surgery, Urology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Dermatology, and Gynaecology. This extensive training has equipped him with a comprehensive skill set, allowing him to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.
In 2011, Dr. Borowicz was awarded Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), and in 2012, he further specialized by earning a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG). His career is marked by a steadfast commitment to patient care excellence, medical education, and the effective management of medical practices.
